RETURNS POLICY

At Meiskin Natural Skincare, our aim is to offer customer satisfaction and we take great care with packaging all our parcels for shipment. We realize accidents and errors do happen. Please notify us within 48 hours of signing for your parcel of any concerns you may have. Meiskin Natural Skincare will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may only return an item purchased on our web site by mail to PO BOX or warehouse address. Returns must be arranged and pre-authorised by phone or email before pending inspection, a refund, credit or exchange for the value of the item. We do not accept returns based on not 'liking' a purchase (EG: the scent of a product). If you receive a product in good condition then a return cannot be arranged as a result of not liking the product. We will only accept a claim for damaged goods if we are notified within 7 days and with following our return/exchange instructions. Products are to be returned to us within 7 days of signing for your parcel.
Important: Please keep all the original packaging and packing slips as refunds, replacements and exchanges will only be valid if you have the original packaging of the item you have either purchased or received.
